(Philadelphia, PA) -- Crowd sizes will increase at Phillies games later this week. Starting on Friday, 16-thousand fans will be allowed to cheer on the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. That is up from the 11-thousand fans that have been in attendance so far. In mid-June, every seat in the stadium will be allowed to host a fan. Tailgating will be given the green light in mid-June as well.
